Problem with mesh area

Hello.

I’ve been trying NextFEM 1.60 64-bit over the weekend, and I must say I’m amazed so far, congratulations on building this robust program.
I faced some issues regarding meshing, mostly. I’ve tried different geometric combinations of nodes, but it always shows me the same error. I’m attaching a pic and txt with the whole text.
On the other hand, “Automesh walls” on Quad elements works perfectly.
