Large displacement analysis

good morning,
I wanted to ask if it is possible to conduct a non-linear analysis considering large displacements. I tried to make a simple model with a beam element divided into several parts subject to a concentrated load in the centre. The gradually increasing stress results in a large deformation. However, there are no tensile stresses in the beam as there should be when considering the deformed configuration. What have I done wrong?

for beam elements, the option “Second-order” includes only P-Delta effects.
