    WHAT IT DOES: For designing rebar in concrete columns

    HOW: on the base of the maximum and minimum bending moment around local Z axis in a load combination, it sets the chosen number of reinforcements. Reinforcements are set equal for the all the element.

    HOW IT CAN BE IMPROVED: allow the user to run the script over more than 1 combination and searching for maximum rebar area. Set different rebar for ends and for the middle of the span.
