Hello,
Could you please provide a video for pre and post processing of OpenSEES?
Best regard.
Hello,
First of all, thanks for your interest in NextFEM Designer.
Unfortunately we cannot provide videos, because we officially use another solver, which is built-in. You can find a manual here https://www.nextfem.it/it/opensees-pre-and-post-processor/
Thank you for your kind comments.
Can we connect the opensees fire to NextFEM?
http://openseesforfire.github.io/
As you know, opensee fire has an .exe file. Can we run the model in NextFEM with opensees fire commands?
Yes, if you load a TCL file including such commands, you can launch it and use the program as a post-processor. However, the usage with Opensees fire has not been tested.
thank you for your reply.
I tried to run your tcl sample file by NextFEM. But I faced an error message (please see the attached file).
Could you please let me know how I can fix the problem?
Hello,
OpenSEES solver is not shipped inside the program, you should set OpenSEES as defualt solver in Tools/Options/Solver tab/ and specify the path of the OpenSEES solver.
