    Dear user,
    in the screenshot attached I cannot see the folder behind the front message window. This error usually happens when you try to install a 32bit patch over a 64 bit installation. Please ensure to download the proper patch.

    If the problem persists, please try to temporary change the language setting of your operating system to English, install and then revert to your default locale.
    Please report further problems, if any.

    I’m trying to install the 64 bit that I downloaded today (6/20/19). No matter which language I select, after I accept the agreement, the Next button in the installer does not become clickable. I tried on two PCs and downloaded with Chrome and Firefox. I am having the same problem with the 32 bit. If I hover my cursor over the installer icons, they say File version: 0.0.0.0.

    I have 1.20 version of the installer that I downloaded in 2018 that I can install but I cannot patch it because the patches I tried to download today same issue with the Next button. Any advice?
