Developed in partnership with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.meccad.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">MEC CAD<\/a>, the PON CAD module offers an easy-to-use interface with PON CAD (R) design products, that have a long-standing experience in helping professionals to design scaffolds, stages and much more.<\/p>\n<p><strong>NextFEM Struct <\/strong>is a <em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">one-click solution<\/span><\/em>: you can import the structure developed in PON CAD and be ready to analyse and check it in seconds!<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-671\" src=\"http:\/\/www.nextfem.it\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/pres1_bis.jpg\" alt=\"pres1_bis\" width=\"933\" height=\"262\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.nextfem.it\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/pres1_bis.jpg 933w, https:\/\/www.nextfem.it\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/pres1_bis-300x84.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.nextfem.it\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/pres1_bis-768x216.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.nextfem.it\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/pres1_bis-600x168.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.nextfem.it\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/pres1_bis-250x70.jpg 250w, https:\/\/www.nextfem.it\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/pres1_bis-624x175.jpg 624w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 933px) 100vw, 933px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The following features are implemented in <strong>NextFEM Struct<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>import of the wireframe structural representation in PON CAD (<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">fully automated<\/span> from inside PON CAD), specialized for working and out-of-service conditions of the scaffolding<\/li>\n<li>automatic assignment of materials and cross-sections from libraries<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">automatic assignment of self-weight, live and wind loads<\/span>; user can change any parameter related to loading, such as wind and snow site, deck loads and many others<\/li>\n<li>automated generation of load combinations and equivalent loading for structural imperfections<\/li>\n<li>linear static analysis with integrated solver <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oofem.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">OOFEM<\/a><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">verification for scaffold steel members<\/span> as per EN 12811, performed accordingly to EN 1993-1-1 &#8211; Eurocode 3. Structural checking is conducted at the Ultimate Limit State, and is customizable with an easy-to-use scripting language<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">verification for scaffold members in aluminiun alloy<\/span> as per EN 12811, performed accordingly to EN 1999-1-1 &#8211; Eurocode 9.
